Eurovision Unites Young People

euroSix Artists, One Story Six Armenian artists from different ends of the world with one story will represent Armenia at Eurovision Song Contest 2015 at Wiener Stadthalle, Vienna, Austria on May 19, 2015. The band Genealogy has been specially created to represent Armenia at the contest this year. The band will perform the song “Face the Shadow” on position #2. This is a song about universal values – love, faithfulness, solidarity and genealogy. “Eurovision 2015” in Vienna will be held under the slogan “Building bridges”. It symbolizes Europe bridging all the countries. The organizers of the contest believe that Eurovision unites cultures, languages and builds bridges.
“Face the Shadow” inspired a group of young and talented Armenian singers to come together around it and present the cover version of the song. Young singers haven’t thought over the band name yet, because they are all individuals and do not wish to have a common name. All five members of the band are 18-years-old and want to experience and specialize in the field of music.
